  ICBC released 2021 Corporate Social Responsibility(ESG)Report


On 30 March 2022, the Bank publicly released the 2021 Social Responsibility Report (ESG Report) of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited. This is the fifteenth corproate social responsiblity report that the Bank has prepared and released consecutively. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants LLP has performed independent third-party assurance for this report.

  ICBC released 2021 Interim ESG Special Report of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited


At the end of August 2021, the Bank released the 2021 Interim ESG Special Report of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited to the public. The Report is prepared with reference to the Recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) of the Financial Stability Board, The Ten United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) Principles, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), among others. It also meets the requirements set out in the Guidelines of Shanghai Stock Exchange for Environmental Information Disclosure of Listed Companies promulgated by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Guide by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and other related opinions and guidelines.
